Tare Supply LLC is a US-based professional services company. We provide education, coaching, consulting, and marketing services only. We do not sell, manufacture, source for resale, warehouse, ship, or fulfill apparel, clothing, textiles, or other physical products. Clients contract with and pay any third-party suppliers directly.
1. Who we are
Tare Supply LLC, a limited liability company with its principal place of business in Albuquerque, New Mexico, United States, is responsible for the personal information described in this policy when we decide why and how it is used. This policy applies to taresupply.com, service inquiries, introductory calls, and our administration of professional service relationships.
Independent services such as Cal.com, your email provider, and a payment processor may process information under their own privacy policies when you choose to use them.
2. Information you provide
We may collect:
- name, email address, organization, role, and contact details;
- the service you are interested in and the content of your inquiry;
- booking details and scheduling preferences;
- information, files, and business context you provide during an engagement;
- service agreement, invoice, payment-status, and transaction-reference information; and
- records of support, cancellation, refund, or rights requests.
We do not ask you to submit full payment-card numbers through our contact form or email. A payment processor collects payment credentials directly under its own policy.
3. Information collected automatically
When you visit the website, hosting and network providers may process standard technical information such as IP address, browser and device type, requested page, referring page, date and time, and security or error events. Google may receive network and browser information when it delivers the web fonts used by this site.
We do not currently install an analytics platform, advertising pixel, session replay tool, or cross-site behavioral tracker. If that changes, we will update this policy and provide any notice or choice required by law before using the new technology.
4. How and why we use information
We use personal information to:
- respond to inquiries and determine whether our services are a fit;
- schedule calls and communicate about requested services;
- prepare proposals, agreements, deliverables, invoices, and support records;
- deliver and improve professional services;
- protect the website, prevent misuse, and troubleshoot errors;
- maintain accounting, tax, compliance, and dispute records; and
- comply with legal obligations and enforce agreements.
Where a law requires a legal basis, we rely as appropriate on steps requested before a contract, performance of a contract, legitimate interests in operating and protecting our business, compliance with law, or consent. You may withdraw consent where processing depends on consent, but withdrawal does not affect earlier lawful processing.
6. No sale of personal information
We do not sell personal information, whether for money or other valuable consideration. We do not currently use personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising or targeted advertising. You may contact us if you want information about disclosures associated with your data.
7. Retention
We keep information only as long as reasonably needed for the purpose collected, our business records, dispute prevention, and legal obligations. As a general guide:
- unconverted inquiry and scheduling records may be kept for up to 24 months after the last contact;
- client agreements, invoices, payment records, and core engagement records may be kept for up to seven years after the relationship ends; and
- security logs and technical records are kept according to provider settings and operational need.
We may keep information longer when required for a legal hold, tax obligation, active dispute, or another lawful reason. We may delete or deidentify information earlier when it is no longer needed.
8. Your choices and privacy rights
Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have rights to request access, correction, or deletion of personal information and information about how it is used or disclosed. You may also have rights concerning sale, sharing, sensitive information, and automated decision making. These rights are subject to legal conditions and exceptions.
Send a request to help@taresupply.com with enough detail for us to understand it. We may verify your identity and authority before responding. An authorized agent may submit a request where permitted by law, but we may require proof of authority. We will not discriminate against you for exercising an applicable privacy right.
10. Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical measures appropriate to the information and our services. No website, email system, storage service, or transmission method is completely secure. Please avoid sending highly sensitive information through the contact form or ordinary email, and notify us if you believe information connected to Tare Supply has been compromised.
11. Children's privacy
Our website and services are intended for adults and business users age 18 or older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13, and we do not offer services to minors. If you believe a child submitted information, contact us so we can review and delete it where appropriate.
12. International transfers
Tare Supply operates from the United States. If you access the website or provide information from another country, information may be processed in the United States and other locations where our providers operate. Those locations may have different privacy laws. Where applicable law requires a transfer mechanism or additional safeguard, we will use an appropriate mechanism before making the covered transfer.
13. Notice for California residents
The categories we may collect are identifiers, customer-record information, internet or network activity, commercial information related to services, professional or employment information you include in an inquiry, and inferences we create to assess service fit. Sources, purposes, recipients, and retention are described above.
Depending on applicable law, California residents may have rights to know, access, correct, delete, or receive information about certain disclosures, and to opt out of certain sale or sharing. We do not sell personal information, whether for money or other valuable consideration, and we do not currently use it for cross-context behavioral advertising. Submit a request by email as described in Section 8. Rights are subject to verification, legal thresholds, conditions, and exceptions.
14. Notice for the EEA, United Kingdom, and similar jurisdictions
Where the GDPR or a similar law applies to our processing, you may have rights to access, correct, erase, restrict, or port personal information, object to certain processing, withdraw consent, and complain to a supervisory authority. These rights are subject to the law's conditions and exceptions.
Our purposes and legal bases are described in Section 4. You are not required by law to submit a general inquiry, but we cannot respond or provide requested services without basic contact and project information. We do not use solely automated decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects.
15. Policy changes and contact
We may update this policy when our services, providers, or legal obligations change. The effective date above shows the latest revision. For a material change to how we collect, use, or disclose personal information, we will post a notice on the home page and at the top of this policy before or when the change takes effect. We will also email affected clients when applicable law requires direct notice. We will not apply a materially different purpose retroactively without consent where consent is required.
